Pinnacle is committed to constantly improving the availability and level of communication through the use of IT. With bespoke in-house development Pinnacle are able to offer its customers solutions covering all logistical aspects through our PIFtrack System to allow shipment tracking and warehouse stock management.
Through our PIFtrack customers can view all shipments through a web portal, showing stage information from inception to delivery. All shipment creation advices are emailed to the client together with key updates throughout the duration of carriage. The customer can also view essential shipping documents and invoices. The system is fully interactive and allows customers to update shipments with specific requirements and internal references.
Pinnacle’s Warehouse Management System allows customers a 24/7 view of their stock holding including all receipts and deliveries with closing balances. Pinnacle has the ability to receive customer instructions electronically using CSV/XML/EDI standards as well as manually. Pinnacle also has EDI links to the UK’s major retailers enabling order processing and invoicing to be undertaken on behalf of its clients.
